Reservation and sales system of www.ticketzona.eu was established for the purpose of simplifying the purchase of tickets in real time. Our primary purpose is to provide for their maximum availability for everybody, 24 hours a day, without the necessity to visit a sales location. You will simply print your ticket by yourself in the convenience of your home, office or café.
Important information
- First of all, make sure that you have a software that prints documents in the format of pdf (for example Adobe Reader, which you can download HERE) Using the reservation system, you reserve or purchase and print your ticket - the procedure is very simple, all the necessary steps are intuitive, the system will direct you automatically.
- Every ticket is assigned with a unique number and an EAN code. Upon entry to an event staff will be equipped with a technical device that will authorise your ticket. Any additional attempt to obtain unauthorised entry will be unsuccessful and can be considered as fraud. Therefore we recommend that you do not let your printed tickets get in hands of other persons, who could disable your visit to the event.
- As the operator of the online system of ticketzona.sk, SPACE4U s. r. o. does not bear any responsibility for possible unauthorised copying of tickets by a third person. Entry will be enabled to such person that will present a ticket for authorisation as the first. Upon subsequent presenting of the same ticket, it will not be taken into consideration and based on this ticket entry will not be enabled regardless of who presents it. Therefore it is necessary to keep tickets in a safe place. In case of an attempt for unauthorised and fraudulent procedure with a ticket, you are facing the risk of bearing all the legal consequences and damages that you might cause by such action.
- After a successful purchase of a ticket, you be will informed of it at your e-mail address submitted upon registration. In case of technical difficulties or mistakes in submitting an e-mail on a user's side, SPACE4U s. r. o. does not guarantee delivery.
