Terms and conditions

1. According to this document using of the reservation and sales websites of www.ticketzona.sk a www.ticketzona.eu is regulated.
2. SPACE4U s. r. o. is not an organiser of any of the cultural events for which it sells tickets through its website. As a result it does not account for adjustment of the date, location or time and neither does it account for any other adjustment, or possibly course of individual events. All claims resulting from being damaged are applied with the organiser itself.
3. In case of event cancellation by the organiser, all clients that can be identified based on truthful registration data will be notified of this fact within 14 days at the website of www.ticketzona.eu together with a given deadline to apply for refund. After this deadline it will not be possible to process the claim and to refund the sum of money paid for the ticket. Upon filing a claim and refunding the money for a ticket, the sum of money for a service fee will not be refunded.
4. Before the first purchase registration is necessary, at which you will enter your forename, surname, street, number, city, post code, e-mail or possibly also telephone contact. The data is necessary for us in case of event cancellation by a third party and subsequent contacting regarding money refund. We recommend that all of the data that you enter be correct and demonstrable in your proof of identification. In case of not meeting this condition SPACE4U s. r. o., as the operator of the on-line portal, does not bear any responsibility for possible not refunding of the entrance fee because of not being able to identify the buyer.
5. All reservations are effective for 24 hours. After its expiry a reservation is cancelled automatically. Ticket reservation is free.
6. The tickets that were once purchased through the website of www.ticketzona.eu cannot be in any way returned to the seller and neither can you ask us or our sales partner for refund. This does not apply in case of event cancellation by a third party.
7. In the reservation system, it is possible to pay using virtual terminals that accept payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard/Mastercard, Edc/Maestro, Mastercard Electronic, ZBK) issued by any bank in the world (with the possibility to pay through the internet); it is possible to make a transfer using e-banking of Tatrabanka, VUB banka, Unicredit banka, Slovenská sporiteľňa and OTP banka. It is possible to pay also in cash at our sales locations marked as TicketzonaPoint. In case of collective orders or e-mail orders, it is possible to pay based on an invoice. Payment conditions for invoices are agreed on individual basis.
8. Tickets are available and delivered through the website 24 hours a day. In case of interest and after individual request, it is possible to send a ticket by post, a courier or other ways requested by a client. In this case all the expenses are paid for by the client.
9. All claims are processed daily between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through e-mail at reklamacie@ticketzona.eu, or by telephone at +421 (0)903 244802.
10. If you decide to use services offered at our website, you acknowledge that you agree with our conditions and that you will meet them so that there is no damage incurred by any of the parties concerned. Otherwise you expose yourself to a risk of bearing all the damages that arise from breaking these conditions.
11. By registering a user confirms that the data that he/she provided are accurate and truthful and that he/she grants his/her consent, pursuant to Section 4(1) letter i) of the Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on personal data protection, with processing of the personal data by the operator. Furthermore, by registering the user grants his/her consent for enrolment of his/her personal data in the operator’s database and informing him/her of activities of the website. The consent is provided for an indefinite period of time and can be revoked at anytime by a written notice of revocation.
