By filling and sending his/her registration at the website www.ticketzona.eu and www.ticketzona.sk and marking of the field "I agree with processing of my personal data" below, the user confirms that the data provided at registration at the website are precise, correct and truthful and that he gives his/her permission for processing of the personal data by the operator SPACE4U s. r. o. in the extent of the data stated at registration as well as data in connection with purchase of goods made and services used by the user through the website operated by the operator that in the duration of the user registration the operator can obtain (for example type and quantity of goods) and that is for the purpose of provision of services of the operator provided through the website, including sending of information concerning events that are being prepared, products and other activities of the operator, customer administration as well as fulfillment of legal obligations and obligations of the operator according to the General Business Conditions of the Operator.
The operator is authorized to process these personal data in its information systems, in writing as well as using automated, partially automated or other than automated tools for processing during the period of being registered, or if the law sets an obligation to administer the materials containing the above-mentioned data for a longer period of time, during the whole period of such defined obligation. The user can revoke such permission through a written notification delivered to the operator. In that case, the operator will immediately cease to process the personal data, however not before the period defined by the law for administration or archiving of the materials containing these data elapses. Further rights of the user are regulated by Section 20 of the Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on Personal Data Protection as amended by later regulations.
By filling and sending his/her registration at the website www.ticketzona.eu and www.ticketzona.sk and marking of the field "I agree with processing of my personal data", the user also agrees with sending of information concerning events that are being prepared and other activities of the operator during the period of its existence to a mailing address or an e-mail address stated at the registration.
