Frequently asked questions

  1. Questions regarding on-line ticket [top]

    1. I do not have a printer, what should I do?
Since the purchase until the event takes place you can always find your ticket in "History of orders", from where you can print it at anytime and at anyplace, where a printer and internet connection are available. Without the printed PDF file entry to the event is not possible.
    2. How should a ticket look like?
Tickets can be printed on standard paper. A black-coloured printout is sufficient; however it is important to have a readable EAN code on the ticket.
    3. How can I send a ticket to the e-mail address?
Using your user name and password you sign in. You can send a ticket to the e-mail address at anytime if you click on "My tickets" and "History of orders".
    4. Is a printout sufficient for entry to the event?
Yes, upon entry to the event the EAN code on the printed PDF file is scanned. Make sure that the codes and the numbers on the printout of the ticket are readable!
    5. Is it possible that someone else may try to enter the event using my code?
If you do not give your user name and password to other persons or do not let anybody make a copy of your ticket, then it is not possible. Therefore in your own interest, protect access to your account from other persons.
Caution: If you had purchased a ticket in a different e-shop than ours, or in an auction, or at another website and somebody had already seen your code, it cannot be guaranteed that the ticket was not sold more than once. We do not recommend purchasing tickets in any other way than by registering at our website.
    6. What exactly is a code?
A code is an EAN code that can be found on a ticket and serves as the identifier upon entry to the event.
    7. Is a ticket transferrable or can it be registered for my name?
A ticket is transferrable and through your account you can buy it for anybody. It is not possible to register it for a name. A lost or stolen ticket is like a lost or stolen banknote or an ordinary ticket. Remember that one code enables entry to the event only once.
    8. Can a ticket regain its validity?
When a ticket loses its validity, it can never regain it back.

  3. Questions regarding internet auctions [top]

    1. Is a ticket that I purchased through an internet auction or elsewhere than at the website of your shop valid?
We cannot guarantee validity of a ticket purchased in an internet auction or at another website. One code enables entry only for one person. This means that the person who uses the code first will be able to enter to the event. Therefore we do not recommend purchase of tickets in any other way than through registration in our on-line shop.
    2. Can validity of a ticket be verified?
It is not possible to verify validity of tickets purchased through internet auctions or other websites. The reason is data protection, whereas we cannot disclose information about a ticket or a purchaser.
    3. If I purchase a ticket in a different way than through your shop, can you change a code to a different one?
It is not possible to change a code. Please read important information in the section of “About us“. There you will find out that only you are responsible for protection of codes.
